We ship orders across India using trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Available shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping (Prepaid Orders)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable

Shipping partner selection may vary depending on your location.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 10 hours of confirmation.

Orders are processed during regular business hours only. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been successfully placed.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: [3–7 BUSINESS DAYS]

  • Non-Metro Locations: [6–8 BUSINESS DAYS]

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Prepaid Orders: ₹0 (Free Shipping)

  • Cash on Delivery (if applicable): Additional charges may apply.

Any shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number via email or SMS

  • A tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Courier partner delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the courier partner.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

8. International Shipping

Currently, CookBrix does not offer international shipping.

We only ship within India at this time.
