1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

3. Return Timeframe
After approval, the product must be shipped back within the timeframe provided by our support team.
Failure to ship the product within the given time may result in cancellation of the return request.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer after collecting bank details from the customer.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain kitchen items may not be eligible for return once opened.

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is for personal reasons (change of mind, incorrect order placed by customer), return shipping charges may apply or may be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
